I founded [M]enable to address the mental health crisis in automotive. I introduced the concept of Mental Wealth, raised awareness and educated leaders to create psychological safety.
But my work today goes far beyond a movement.
I help organisations build leaders who are mentally ready, operationally safe, and consistently high‑performing.
I wore a mask myself for many years in order to survive, belong and fit in, so I know first‑hand what happens when leaders wear a mask. They suffer from stress, anxiety and even burnout.
Conversely, I know what becomes possible when the mask comes off, having worked with many organisations and thousands of leaders internationally, equipping them with skills and behaviours they need to create stable organisations.
